Altron Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the ways Altron Corporation (hereinafter "Altron") collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that the users of Altron games (hereinafter "Users") provide or Altron collect in connection with Altron games provided on iOS, Android or other mobile platforms (hereinafter the "Service"). The scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by Altron through Users' use of the Service. By using the Service, Users agreed to this Policy and the processing of their data, including their personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If Users do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Use of the Service is also governed by Altron Terms of Use.

1．iOS, Android and other Mobile Platforms

When users use any of the Service or applications on an iOS, or Android and other mobile platforms (hereinafter "Mobile Platform"), we may collect and record certain information such as the Users' unique device ID, hardware type, media access control ("MAC") address, international mobile equipment identity ("IMEI"), the version of the Users' operating system ("OS"), the Users' device name, the Users' email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and the Users' location (based on the Users' Internet Protocol ("IP") address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.

We may collect the Users' location information for the purpose of providing the users with the correct version of the application and so the Users may interact with other users of the Service. We will not share this information with any third party without the Users' permission. In addition, we create a unique user ID to track the Users' use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with the Users' profile information to track the Service the users are playing.

2．Mobile Analytics
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Service on the Users' device. This software may record information such as how often the Users use the Service, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.

3. How We Use Information
We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. For example, we may use the Users' information to:

• create game accounts and allow users to use the Service;
• identify and suggest connections with other Altron users;
• operate and improve our Service;
• understand the Users and their preferences to enhance the Users' experience and enjoyment in using our Service;
• respond to the Users' comments and questions and provide customer service;
• provide and deliver products and services the Users request;
• send the Users' related information, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
• provide and deliver products and services the Users request;
• communicate with the Users about promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by Altron;
• enable the Users to communicate with other users;

4. Push Notifications
We may occasionally send the Users push notifications through the Service to send the Users the Service updates, high scores and other service related notifications that may be of importance to the Users. The Users may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through the Users' settings.

5. Newsletters
Altron may provide a free, optional newsletter in order to provide the Users with the newsletter, and we require you to provide the Users' email address. We use the email address only to provide you with the newsletter and for no other purpose. And you can opt out of receiving the newsletters at any time.

6. Disclosure of The Users' information
Altron does not share the Users' personal information except as approved by the Users or as described below:

• Altron may release the Users' information as permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law; investigate fraud, respond to a government request, enforce or apply our rights; or protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
